RWA’s fiscal 2026 Strategic Plan is a one-year plan focused on providing high-quality water services in a safe, environmentally friendly and efficient manner.
It outlines five interconnected strategic priorities: Customer & Community Service; Workforce Planning & Development; Financial Stability; Utility Assets & Natural Resources; and Strategic Technology. These priorities guide the organization's strategic goals and actions over the next year and beyond.
The fiscal 2026 strategic plan builds upon the progress made under the previous five-year plan, which focused on improving customer service, enhancing employee engagement, leveraging technology and increasing resilience. The new plan aims to further solidify RWA’s position as a leader in the water industry.
