It’s a step-by-step look at how to get information about your account, schedule appointments for meter repair or changes, as well as make payments. For first time users, the last four digits of your account number is your personal identification number (PIN).
Our IVR system has not eliminated the need for our Customer Service Call Center, but gives you the ability to access information when you want it and on your schedule.

To begin: To use any of the services listed below, dial 562-4020. When prompted, press
to hear listing of self-service features. Please know your four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). At anytime during the call you may return to the main menu by pressing the
key.
