The Regional Water Authority now offers an electronic bill payment option. With e-billing, you will view your bills securely on-line. E-bills differ because they are paperless and delivered electronically. When you enroll, you have the option to set up notifications to your e-mail inbox to let you know when your bill is ready. Everything is paperless – unless you want to print your on-line bill for your files. You can receive and pay your e-bills anywhere you have access to the internet, so it’s a great tool for frequent travelers. 

 E-billing provides:

Once you’ve successfully enrolled in e-billing, you’ll receive a confirmation message and can pay this bill and subsequent bills electronically. You will no longer receive paper bills.

If you choose to be notified via e-mail when your bill is ready, you will receive “new document” notification emails from ask.billing@rwater.com or noreply@rwater.com. Be sure to add these to your address book and/or change your spam filters to allow these emails to get through.

Registration is quick and easy. The only information you will need is your account number and zip-code of your billing address from your latest bill (bill must be dated April 19, 2013 or later) and your e-mail address. Enroll now!
