2009 Recreation Photo Contest Winners
In 2009, we conducted our tenth photo contest for recreation permit holders. Permit holders were invited to submit up to five photographs in any of five categories: Wildlife, Plants, Water Scenes, General Scenes, and People Recreating. The only stipulation was that the photograph had to be taken at one of the nine Regional Water Authority recreation area by a permit holder. Members of our boards judged the photos. Prizes were awarded to the winner and the finalists in each category. Winners were announced on January 13, 2010 at our annual recreation meeting. Each first-place winner received a $100 gift certificate. The other finalists in each category received $20 gift certificates.
