Beth Nesteriak oversees the utility’s operations and maintenance in the areas of water quality, treatment, distribution and facilities management. Additionally, she is responsible for leading the company’s business transformation, strategic planning and non-core growth initiatives and serves as the chief innovation officer.
She previously served as director of engineering and, prior to joining the RWA, was manager of design at the Metropolitan District Commission in Hartford.
Beth is a board director for the Connecticut Water Works Association and a co-chair of the Connecticut Department of Public Health’s South Central Water Utility Coordinating Committee.
She is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where she studied environmental engineering and where she also completed her M.S. degree in business administration and management.
