Chief Human Resources Officer & Head of Corporate Services

Donna Verdisco serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer and the Head of the Corporate Services Division. She is responsible for leading global Human Resources, Labor Relations, Public Affairs, Government Relations, Communications, Environmental, Health & Safety, Risk, Compliance, Security, Executive Board Administration and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the RWA.

Donna has diverse industry experience and a deep background as a senior executive. Throughout her career, she has focused on driving business transformation spanning across multiple industries and functions.

In her most recent role, Donna served as the Head of HR for TerraForm Power at Brookfield, an asset management company focused on renewable power, real estate, Infrastructure and private equity, and Higher One a FinTech company. Before that, she served in a variety of leadership roles with increasing responsibility at General Electric, Harman International, Citizens Financial and Pinkerton’s. Earlier in her career she served in operational and business development roles, which translates the way she supports the business, its strategy and transformation.

She received a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Eastern Connecticut State University and is certified in Lean Six Sigma, a leading accreditation focused on process improvement, problem solving skills and project management. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two daughters.
