Ted Norris

Vice President, Asset Management

Ted Norris is in charge of planning, engineering, design and construction of major facility replacements, capital improvement projects and continuing improvements to water system standards, as well as fleet vehicles and mobile equipment.

He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Connecticut. He is a past president for the Connecticut Water Works Association and past chair of the American Water Works Association’s Standards Committee on pipe rehabilitation. Ted is an active member in the Water Research Foundation’s activities related to distribution systems.

He holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering and an Executive MBA, both from the University of New Haven.

Ted is a board director of the United Way of Greater New Haven and a member of the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce’s Economic Development Council.
