PipeSafe

“With one phone call to RWA, my problem was resolved in a timely manner.”

What do you do when the water or sewer line from the street into your house breaks? Or your septic line gets clogged? If you have one of the Regional Water Authority’s underground service line protection programs, all you have to do is make one phone call.

RWA offers three programs: PipeSafe Emergency Protection Water Repair, PipeSafe Emergency Protection SewerPipeSafe Logo Repair, and PipeSafe Emergency Protection Septic Repair. These programs provide low cost emergency protection that will give you quick, reliable assistance. If your underground line leaks, breaks or gets blocked, we will coordinate all phases of the repair. Each protection program in which you are enrolled offers up to $5,000 annually in protection.

With the RWA emergency service line protection programs, fast reliable help is at the other end of the phone. As a homeowner, you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of the underground water, sewer and septic lines which are located on your property. Water and sewer lines connect to the RWA-owned water main and the municipal-owned sewer main, which are both located in the street. Over time, many conditions such as strangling tree roots, uneven ground settling, the age of the pipe or even general wear and tear can cause water lines to break and sewer and septic lines to become obstructed. Our water line, sewer line and septic line programs are low cost emergency protection plans that protect homeowners from unexpected repairs to their service lines.

In urgent situations, service is what counts. With the Regional Water Authority, you can relax; if something goes wrong with either your water, or sewer/septic lines, you’re protected.
